Abstract
本文报道2008年1月至2018年12月间首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院5例颅内颗粒细胞瘤（IGCT）资料。男1例、女4例，年龄25~50岁，中位年龄44岁。5例均行头颅MRI平扫及增强扫描，其中3例同期行CT平扫。影像检查示，4例病灶位于鞍区，1例位于左额，其中3例病灶与垂体柄分界不清；5例均为实性肿块，其中1例边缘可见弧形囊变，4例病灶呈T1WI稍高信号、T2WI等/低/稍高信号，另有1例T1WI和T2WI均为等信号，增强扫描5例均呈明显不均匀强化。3例病灶内可见不规则点状T2WI高信号，相应部位T1WI呈等或稍低信号，其中1例同时可见树枝状T2WI低信号，T2WI不均匀信号区均表现为极明显强化。CT平扫均呈均匀性稍高密度。
