Abstract

The horizontal shaft of rotary table is an important rotating part of drilling rig. The vibration caused by the mass imbalance of the horizontal shaft will seriously affect the normal operation of drilling rig and lead to faults. Therefore, taking the horizontal shaft rotor system of rotary table of the drilling rig as the research object, the unbalanced vibration characteristics of the rotor are extracted by the improved all-phase fast Fourier transform method. Through the cross-correlation operation of the signal, the data of the discrete signal is weighted and superimposed, the vibration amplitude, time delay of the phase and the spectrum analysis can be obtained. The experimental results show that the accuracy and stability of the vibration amplitude and phase extracted by the improved all-phase fast Fourier transform method are better, and the accuracy of the vibration phase extraction can reach 98%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
