Abstract
Chronic Orchialgia (CO) is a neuropathic pain syndrome described as intermittent or constant testicular pain lasting ≥3 months and significantly interferes with daily activities. The pain is typically described as scrotal content pain and may involve one or both testicles, the epididymis, para-testicular structures, and the spermatic cord. CO is most frequently seen in men in their mid to late 30s and has shown increased incidence in recent years. In addition to severe pain, it is associated with male infertility, low back pain, stress, depression, and irritable bowel syndrome. We present a case of paddle lead sacral nerve stimulator implantation effectively resolving CO pain.
