Abstract
Spinal column deformities such as kyphosis or rotoscoliosis are typically managed surgically with major spinal deformity correction procedures, which are associated with substantial immediate and delayed complication rates. In some patients, associated medical co-morbidity may preclude a deformity correction procedure.
