Abstract

This study evaluates the current state and potential improvements of ICT-based exercise guidance for the elderly. ICT focuses on the experiences of seniors using digital technology for exercise, analyzed from the perspective of their instructors. The research involved in-depth interviews and surveys, examining the impact of digital and media technology on seniors' exercise habits and life quality. It also addresses challenges faced by the elderly in adopting technology and instructors' strategies. The study suggests improvements like elderly-friendly interfaces, ICT education programs, personalized exercise plans, and social community building to enhance digital engagement and promote active lifestyles for seniors in the digital age.
