• Yingming Zheng

In the development of digital media art, to explore the preliminary application of deep learning method in intelligent electronic music system, and promote the integration of deep learning method and digital media technology, thus providing a direction for the development of all media intelligent system, based on deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), to solve the multi-task problem in intelligent system, a multi-task learning-based DDPG algorithm (M-DDPG) is proposed. Furthermore, a DDPG algorithm based on hierarchical learning (H-DDPG) is proposed for the hierarchical analysis of images in intelligent system. Aiming at the problem of image classification in intelligent system, through the setting of simulation environment, the application effect of several algorithms in intelligent electronic music system is evaluated. The results show that: M-DDPG algorithm can more accurately complete the operation of related tasks, the reward received by the intelligent system is more than 0.35, and the test results based on eight tasks are more accurate and effective. Even in the case of task error, the algorithm still shows good training results. H-DDPG algorithm has good effect for complex task processing. The accuracy rate of task test corresponding to intelligent system in different scenarios is above 95%, which is better than other conventional algorithms in task test; the self-reinforcement network algorithm can promote the improvement of image classification effect. Several algorithms proposed show excellent performance in image processing of intelligent system, and have great application potential.

Editorial Announcement
 • Jul 1, 2009
 • European Journal of Gastroenterology & Hepatology
 • Didier Lebrec + 1 more

There are a number of changes to the editorial policies of the Journal that have recently been established or are planned, that we would like to bring to the attention of the readership. These will help the Journal better serve the clinical and scientific gastroenterology and hepatology community. The changes have occurred as the editorship has evolved over the last few years. Didier Lebrec joined George Misiewicz as co-editor, to allow a focus on the processing of hepatology submissions, during the last three years of George's tenure. As the original editor, George built and secured the Journal's standing over two decades, and was succeeded by Reinhold Stockbrugger in April 2008. The most visible recent change is that of the cover starting from this month's issue, the new International Editorial Board that was established and has been functioning since January 2009, and the launch of a new journal online platform. Other changes to the editorial processes have been introduced and will silently start to have their effect with time on the content we publish in the Journal. What we publish cannot by its nature be achieved by the editors alone but in close co-operation with the editorial board, and the interested professional and scientific community served by the Journal. Editorial and publishing processes Since 2008 the quality of the editorial processes has been improved by a number of measures, including: (i) increasing the reservoir of qualified reviewers – their crucial work rewarded by the offer of a discount on the purchase price of the publisher's products; (ii) a reduction in the maximum time for the completion of a report by a reviewer, and review of subsequent revisions to 21, and 10 days, respectively. These time limits are rigidly monitored by the editorial office. The effort has resulted in a reduction of time to first decision to the author by 50% to 28 days during 2008; and (iii) publishing articles online ahead of appearance in the printed issue, with subsequent listing on PubMed, and the launch of a new journal platform (www.eurojgh.com) focused on what users want from a journal website. Journal contents The Publisher, editors and members of the international editorial board agreed upon the continuation of a predominantly clinical profile of Journal content. However, in the future, basic science will also be published, particularly if it is in the context of translational research. In the global arena, the Journal will engage in reflecting the increasing strength of European and Mediterranean gastroenterology and hepatology with special attention to the emerging countries in this geographic area. From North and South America and Asian-Pacific areas articles will receive a preference if they refer to or compare with European data and developments. A new editorial feature will link with initiatives taken by European professional organisations such as the ASNEMGE, EAGE, and the UEGF in general. The Journal will pay attention to postgraduate teaching for young investigators and clinicians by printed and online initiatives. We will encourage young colleagues (below the age of 30 years) who submit as the corresponding author their first article to the Journal by assisting them, with the help of international editorial board members, in improving the quality of content. Those articles will also get special visibility in the Journal. Finally ways to earn credits for Continuous Medical Education (CME) via the Journal will be explored. Conclusion and hope The Publisher and editors are well aware of the ever increasing competition in the sector of medical publications and the dissemination of this information. With great respect and admiration for the work done in the previous 21 years, we feel obliged not only to further improve the impact of the Journal, but also to become – within the discipline - forerunners in supporting Europe as an equal actor for global progress, in association with friends and partners from the North and South America, and Pacific zones. Editorial policy and ownership structure as a factor in content formation in socio-political online publications in the context of modern armed conflict
 • Oct 1, 2025
 • Litera
 • Denis Sergeevich Chepurniak

This article examines the coverage of contemporary armed conflicts in online socio-political publications, which today play a key role in shaping public opinion and interpreting political events. The focus is on the mechanisms of media representation of conflicts, as well as methods for constructing information narratives in the digital environment. The object of the study is online media covering topics related to military operations, international security, and foreign policy. The subject of the study is the methods and techniques by which media shape audience perceptions of armed conflicts, including thematic framing, semantic emphasis, and the choice of lexical and evaluative means. Particular attention is paid to the influence of institutional, political, and economic factors on the nature and focus of publications, as well as their interpretive strategies. The methodological basis of the study consists of content analysis, frame analysis, and an institutional-political economy approach, applied in combination to identify the relationship between ownership structure, editorial policy, and the specifics of the presentation of armed conflicts in online media. The research's novelty lies in its comprehensive examination of online socio-political publications as participants in the process of constructing public opinion on modern armed conflicts. The study identifies key frames used in publications and demonstrates that online media often employ techniques to legitimize the actions of one side or the other, emphasizing certain aspects of events. The analysis demonstrates how conflict coverage depends on editorial policy, economic interests, and the institutional affiliation of media outlets. It is concluded that the process of media representation of conflicts is not neutral: it is mediated by the structure of interactions between political, economic, and informational actors. The findings can be used to further study the mechanisms of political communication, information influence, and regulation of digital media in modern conflicts.

Neuro-Linguistic Textual Identification of Intelligent and Artificial Intelligence Systems
 • Oct 1, 2025
 • L.K Khadzhieva + 2 more

The possibility of neuro-linguistic textual identification of intelligent systems (IS) and artificial intelligence (AI) systems is investigated. To set the task, intelligent systems were assigned a task in two languages, and artificial intelligence systems were assigned in four languages, using AI systems of different generations. As part of the study, a specialized software package was used to evaluate information parameters, as well as an information analyzer designed for neuro-linguistic identification of texts. The results make it possible to use information characteristics as parameters of neuro-linguistic identification of artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent systems (IS) systems. The results of the study showed that during the transition from one system to another, the parameters of neuro-linguistic text identification change both in the study of intelligent systems and in the study of artificial intelligence systems. In the study of AI systems, the parameters of neuro-linguistic text identification change when switching from one language to another in one neural network, when changing neural networks while maintaining the same language. In the study of intelligent systems, it was revealed that the parameters change during the transition from one language to another, when changing the intelligent system while maintaining one language. This study makes it possible to use information characteristics as parameters of neuro-linguistic textual identification of artificial intelligence systems and intelligent systems.

Dependence Of Online Media Content On The Economic Model Of Outlet
 • Jun 29, 2025
 • State and Regions. Series: Social Communications
 • А Horlatykh

The purpose of the work is to investigate how the economic model of online media functioning affects the formation of content, its quality, subject matter and presentation of information. The goal set included the following tasks: to analyze the main economic models of online media (advertising, subscription, mixed, crowdfunding, etc.), to determine the mechanisms of the influence of financing on editorial policy and content of materials, to investigate how different business models affect media independence and the level of manipulation in content.

Research methodology. The article uses a comprehensive approach to analyzing the dependence of online media content on their economic model, which includes both theoretical and empirical research methods. Theoretical methods cover the analysis and generalization of scientific sources, which allows systematizing approaches to the classification of economic models of online media and their influence on editorial policy. The comparative analysis method was used to compare the features of financing and content strategies of Ukrainian and international online publications. Among the empirical methods, content analysis was used to assess the thematic focus, frequency of updates, and quality of materials from different publications.

Results. Modern media business models are crucial for the effective organization of online media activities and adaptation to new realities caused by globalization and technological changes. Changes in the media market are reflected in how media find new ways to monetize content, ensure financial stability, and develop. In the context of globalization, the development of digital technologies, and changes in audience behavior, media must adapt their strategies to remain competitive.

Novelty and practical significance. It was studied that since free materials are often generic and lack uniqueness, media should focus on creating content that will differ from the general flow of news. This may include deeper analytical articles, investigations, expert opinions, and other forms of unique content for which people will be willing to pay. However, this requires significant investment in journalistic work, which in turn is associated with the need for stable funding.

Key words: online media, content, influence, economic strategy, audience.

Editorial Policy of Scientific Journal as Factor in Ensuring Principles of Publication Ethics
 • Dec 26, 2022
 • Scientific journal “Library Science. Record Studies. Informology”
 • Alina Petrushka

The study aims to determine the essential criteria for assessing the compliance of the editorial policy of a scientific journal with the principles of publishing ethics and academic integrity. The research methodology uses the content analysis method. By this method, the content of the websites of "A" category scientific journals in social communications from the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine as of October 1, 2022, has been analysed. The research also involves the use of methods of generalisation and grouping to determine the criteria for assessing the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and prevention of unethical practices. The information content of the websites of scientific journals indicates thematic proximity but not the identity of the way of declaring the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and academic integrity. Emphasis on specific aspects of the editorial policy is a manifestation of the formation of the individual vision of the journal's editorial board of the concept of a quality scientific publication in line with generally accepted international standards. The novelty of the obtained results is in the definition of information blocks that serve as criteria for evaluating the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and the prevention of unethical practices. These include the principles of publishing ethics, the review policy, and the policy of combating unethical practices. Conclusions. The widespread distribution of norms of publication ethics and academic integrity on the websites of scientific publications creates a single information field of requirements for participants in the publication process. The identified criteria for the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy in the field of publishing ethics determine the guidelines for the development of the content of the websites of new journals, as well as the transformation and adaptation to the modern requirements of already existing editions. The availability of detailed information on the principles of publishing ethics, review policy, and counteraction to unethical practices policy will increase the level of awareness and literacy of all participants in the publishing process: authors, editors, reviewers, and consumers of scientific information. Keywords: scientific journal, editorial policy, publishing ethics, academic integrity, website.
