Abstract

The Celts and the Venetic space. The paper examines Celtic influences and presence in the Venetian area between the Vth and IInd century b. C. Archaeological and epigraphical finds show economic and social relationships between Celti and Veneti. New archaeological contexts now allow a more detailed chronology for some specific types, such as glass bracelets from Adria and earrings with complex decorations from Este and Padova. The comparison with Venetic inscriptions allows interesting insights in the social evolution.
