Abstract

The results of studying mineral springs in Southwestern Transbaikalia are given. Physicochemical equilibria are calculated for balneologically active components (fluorine, silicon) with the aim to reveal the role of dissolution and precipitation of minerals in the formation of mineral water chemistry. A typification of springs is proposed.
