Abstract

AbstractThe article deals with the relationship between economic and information security, ensuring the protection of information in state and municipal communication channels and studying the possibility of using the method of quantum-classical information security for solving practical problems. This study is the result of testing in the existing telecommunications infrastructure of the Ufa Public Security Center of the prototype of the Data Transmission Complex with hybrid quantum-classical protection (hereinafter referred to as the Complex), developed at the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “St. National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics” (ITMO University) with the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - KAI (hereinafter the “Developer”). The tests are carried out by the Developer and the Ufa Public Security Center on an initiative basis in order to study the functional and technical characteristics of the Complex for ensuring information security in municipal information systems while passing large amounts of information through communication channels. An online video stream from video cameras operating on the territory of Ufa, included in the video surveillance subsystem of the hardware and software complex (hereinafter referred to as the APC) “Safe City”, are used as the transmitted data.KeywordsAPK “Safe City”Information protection in municipal information systemsQuantum channelQuantum signalData transmission complex with hybrid quantum-classical protectionJEL CodesC93H56L63L86
