Abstract

Hungary introduced detailed transfer pricing data reporting rules as a part of the annual corporate income tax return. It is aimed to give advance warning to the tax authorities about the potential tax planning structures and help them in the tax audit selection process. The new system substantially increases the compliance burden of the taxpayers.
