Abstract

Summary The pharmacokinetics of K-203, a recently synthesized bis-pyridinium aldoxime, have been investigated by reversed-phase HPLC. The K-203 content of serum samples was monitored by HPLC with ultraviolet absorbance detection at 286 nm. The low concentration of K-203 in samples of brain, eyes, and cerebrospinal fluid was also determined by HPLC; quantitative evaluation was possible by use of an amperometric detector.
