Abstract

When a state a new ideological orientation comes into being, urgent problems of shaping the new human being arise, the shaping of his consciousness and self-awareness, his life values and spiritual capabilities, powers, and abilities. As they blend into the world community, the peoples of various countries match their own national values and cultures universal human ideals and world culture. The old moral foundations, linked to the ideology of communism or of socialism with a human face, are now broken up. And new ones have yet to be created. The instability in society, the crisis of the economy, and the collapse of the life plans of many people—all of these have fostered disillusionment in the younger generation.
