Abstract
Excavations at a small Rincon phase (A.C. 950–1150) Hohokam site in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in the Tucson Basin of southern Arizona show ties to a larger floodplain village that it may have provided with agricultural products. This study, concentrating on households, expands our understanding of the settlement system of the Rincon phase Hohokam by integrating upland sites with those of the floodplain.
