Abstract

Abstract A simple method for the determination of praziquantel in fish plasma and tissues by HPLC is presented. The samples were extracted with acetone, the organic layer then being separated with diethylether-hexane and evaporated to dryness. The lower limit of quantification was 5, 15, and 20 μg/kg, for muscle, liver, and plasma, respectively.
