Abstract
Background/Aims: Pancreatic cancer sometimes occurs during the course of chronic pancreatitis. However, as most pancreatic cancers associated with chronic pancreatitis are diagnosed in an advanced stage, it is necessary to recognize high risk group developing pancreatic cancer in patient with chronic pancreatitis. To make a strategy detecting pancreatic cancer associated with chronic pancreatitis in an early stage, we analyzed the clinical features of pancreatic cancer associated with chronic pancreatitis.
