Abstract
Objective: To describe the situation and some related factors of HIV/AIDS risk behaviors amongmen who have sex with men (MSM) at Thai Nguyen city in 2020.Subjects and methods: The descriptive cross- sectional study was conducted among 72 MSMs from15 years old, who were living at Thai Nguyen city.Results: The percentage of objects who didn’t use condom during anal sex was 37,5%. There were65,3% of MSM who haven’t used PrEP. Regression analyse showed that condomless anal sex insingle group was higher than in married group (p=0,041). The percentage of HIV infection in a singlegroup was 16,2%.Conclusion: The percentage of safe sexual behaviors (condom, PrEP) was low among MSM at ThaiNguyen city. There was a relationship between marriage status and condom use in the MSM group.

Nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới (men who have sex with men - MSM) là những người nam giới có quan hệ tình dục với những nam giới khác, bất kể họ có quan hệ tình dục với phụ nữ hay không hoặc có những nhận dạng xã hội liên quan tới hành vi đó, như là “gay” hoặc “lưỡng tính”. Theo Cục Phòng chống HIV/AIDS, dịch HIV tập trung chủ yếu ở ba nhóm có hành vi nguy cơ cao: người tiêm chích ma tuý (TCMT), phụ nữ bán dâm, nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới [2]. Sự gia tăng tỷ lệ lây nhiễm HIV trong nhóm MSM trẻ tuổi sẽ dần là nhóm nhiễm chính tại Việt Nam thời gian tới [2]. Các nghiên cứu trước đây tập trung chủ yếu vào nhóm đối tượng TCMT như của Dương Công Thành và cộng sự (cs) năm 2014 [3]. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định hành vi nguy cơ lây nhiễm HIV/AIDS và một số yếu tố liên quan ở nhóm MSM tại thành phố Thái Nguyên năm 2020
