Abstract

High intensity photoluminescence on GaAs/AIAs superlattices of type II at low temperature reveals the rǒle of Hartree energy which tends to open the gap. Pre,iminary analysis provides a satisfactory fit with Hartree-Fock model. The kinetics of luminescence and total decay in the electron-hole plasma regime is measured.
