Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the load torque of an electric vehicle changes with the road conditions during the high-speed driving process, the vehicle's maneuverability is deteriorated, and a vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) field weakening region high dynamic response control method is proposed.. First, through theoretical analysis, a mathematical model of the high-speed optimal working area of the vehicle PMSM is established, and the factors that affect the dynamic response of the vehicle PMSM in the traditional method are pointed out. Then, for this factor, a method of removing the torque PI adjustment and optimizing the field weakening algorithm is proposed. New control method. Finally, Simulink simulation and experiment prove that the control method proposed in this paper has faster response ability compared with the traditional control strategy.
