Abstract

The train control center is an indispensable component for the safe operation of high speed railways. This paper analyzes the software function and performance for the train control center subsystem in Chinese Train Control System level 3. It focuses on the editing of active balise telegram, based on the theory of timed automata and hierarchical modeling. First, we analysis the process and form a hierarchical diagram. Then we build the TA model for each layer. Finally, the safety and time bounded liveness of train control center is validated using UPPAAL validation tool. The verification result demonstrates that the modeling method is capable of meeting the requirement of TCC software, and it can help improve the software design.
