Abstract
4S stage is unique and heterogeneous metastatic neuroblastoma - the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood. Extremely important is the multidisciplinary approach to the management of this group of patients, from diagnosis to the development of a therapeutic plan and scheme of dynamic observation.

4S стадия НБ – уникальная метастатическая форма заболевания у детей первого года жизни, характеризующаяся наличием метастазов в печени, коже и костном мозге (не более 10 % от числа ядросодержащих клеток, при условии отсутствия выявления позитивных остеомедуллярных очагов при проведении сцинтиграфии с метайодбензилгуанидином (МЙБГ)) [2, 3].
Частота выявления 4S стадии НБ варьирует от 18 до 27 % у пациентов первого года жизни [2], что указывает на необходимость проведения комплексного обследования больных НБ для исключения отдаленного метастазирования.
