Abstract
In this study we emphasized contribution of Her Ay Journal Turkish art and thought life and its systenatic index, which was founded by Orhan Seyfi Orhon and Yusuf Ziya Ortac, published between 20 March 1937-March 1938 in seven issues including political, economic, scientific and literary subjects, who were the leading names of this period such as M. Sekip Tunc, Hilmi Ziya Ulken, A. Suheyl Unver, Peyami Safa, Ahmet Agaoglu, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpinar, Suut Kemal Yetkin, Hasan Âli Yucel, Sabahattin Ali, Nâzim Hikmet, Faruk Nafiz Camlibel, Halit Ziya Usakligil.
