Abstract
HLH is a rare life threatening syndrome of excessive immune activation and inflammatory cytokine storm leading to multiple organ failure. Diagnosis of HLH and treatment are challenging in setting of hematological malignancies. We report our experience on HLH and describe response to therapy and outcome.
