Abstract
Hemi chorea – ballism is usually seen in the elderly, secondary to stroke and uncontrolled diabetes. It is an uncommon phenomenology in the young, especially without a structural brain pathology. We describe a case of a young girl presenting with hemi chorea with normal brain imaging secondary to neuro Wilsons disease (WD).
