We report the case of a glans hemangioma revealed under a circumcision. 4-year-old boy, presented for asymptomatic papular angiomatous lesions of the glans discovered by the parents at the time of a circumcision
Le diagnostic positive de l’hémangiome du gland est clinique
Summary
L’hémangiome du gland est la tumeur vasculaire bénigne. Nous rapportons le cas d’un hémangiome du gland découvert au moment de la circoncision. Garçon de 4 ans, s’est présenté pour des lésions papuleuses angiomateuses du gland asymptomatiques découvertes par les parents au moment de la circoncision. L’échographie doppler des lésions du gland avait objectivé une formation tissulaire hypervascularisée. La biopsie cutanée était en faveur d’un hémangiome. Le diagnostic positive de l’hémangiome du gland est clinique. L’abstention thérapeutique est souvent proposée en raison du caractère asymptomatique de la lésion
