Abstract

The analysis of the structure of the fauna of helminths of ground squirrels, house mouse and gray rat of Northeast Uzbekistan was carried out. Gopher helminth communities are represented by cestodes (8 species), trematodes (2), acanthocephals (1) and nematodes (12). The total infection rate of the studied three types of micromamalia with helminths was 32.2%. The intensity of invasion ranged from 1 to 48 specimens. In addition, 21 species of helminths belonging to the classes - cestodes, trematodes, and nematodes - which are parasites of house mouse (Mus musculus) (17 species) and gray rat (Rattus norvegicus) (12 species), were recorded. The total infection of synanthropic rodents was 46.2%. The intensity of helminth infestation ranged from 1 to 32 specimens.
