Abstract
In the frame of the accreditation of the laboratories of medical biology, teaching hospitals laboratories stands in a particular place. Their diversity and specialization in terms of biological specialties are major. They make it hard to imagine that high output automated biochemistry tests are subject to the same requirements than more specialized manual methods. This article presents how, by using simple tools and by mastering their transmission, a teaching hospital laboratory can obtain the accreditation using the NF EN ISO 15189 norm.
