Abstract

ADC12の疲労強度に対する鋳巣の影響を定量的に評価する.鋳造条件の異なる5種類の試験片を作製する.全試験片のX線CT撮像を行い,撮像域内の鋳巣全てに対して,体積,等価欠陥寸法および楕円球近似したアスペクト比を算出する.それらの最大値を各試験片の欠陥を代表する鋳巣パラメータとして用いる.種類毎の疲労特性曲線が両対数関係で平行であると仮定し,各種類の疲労特性を疲労強度係数で評価する.平均的には鋳巣パラメータと疲労強度係数に線形関係が認められるが,ばらつきの評価から線形近似の信頼性が低いことを示す.
