Abstract
The flux growth of single crystals of K 3CrF 6, K 2NaCrF 6, Cs 2KCrF 6, K 3AlF 6, K 2NaAlF 6, K 2NaGaF 6, Rn 2KGaF 6, is described. X-ray powder diffraction data are given for K 3CrF 6 and Rb 2KGaF 6. K 3CrF 6 is tetragonal with a 0 = 12.08 Å, c 0 = 12.16 Å; Rb 2KGaF 6 is cubic with a 0 = 8.74 Å.
