Abstract
Abstract The transient state operation of doubly fed induction machine are described by complex variables. Then, circle diagrams are defined to show the variation of steady state currents under various conditions ; variation of torque is also shown from those diagrams. Such graphic aids help to understand the main features of doubly fed machines behavior.
