Social work is concerned with individual and personal problems; with boarder social issues such as poverty, unemployment, domestic violence etc. The most important domain of social work affecting quality of life is the overall satisfaction of individuals with life. Iran with a population of over 79.5 million in mid-2016 [1] is facing increasing older population because of more than 62 percent of population at age groups 15-64. Such a state is creating vulnerabilities as far as grandparent’s vs social work services are concerned. Social tensions are minimized through social work services
