Abstract

The grain boundary ensembles in Ni3Mn alloy with L12 superstructure and different manganese content were investigated. It was found that the process of atomic ordering is accompanied by the migration of grain boundaries. The presence of oxygen atoms in solid solution and oxide particles at the grain bound- aries hinders the formation of the long-range atomic order in the crystalline lattice and migration of grain boundaries.
