Abstract

W hat efforts are currently being made by graduate programs offering master's degrees in public administration to recruit and select students? Are the recruitment efforts of graduate public administration programs indicative of complacency or do they reflect an active search for qualified students? To discern the answer to these and other questions, questionnaires were mailed to all member institutions of the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA). This paper presents the results of that survey.
