Abstract

The demand of the vehicle is used in each and every sector like school bus, transportation, logistic, etc. So it is necessary for the vehicle to track, monitor and control for security and safety purposes. Child safety is one of the important concerns for parents. To overcome such type of problem tracking, monitoring and controlling system (TMCS) is introduces and developed. It is designed using an open-source platform which contain Atmega328 microcontroller, neo GPS, SIM 800 & single channel relay. It sends a short message to the user to acknowledge about the real-time location. The position of TMCS can be traced on Google maps (GMAP) remotely. It is interfaced to the vehicle battery and ignition wire to control the engine remotely. It comprises of Locking, Tracking, Monitoring, and control mode. The unique feature of the proposed system is locking mode. In this mode, the system activates and continuously checks the location in close loop to secure the vehicle from future theft.
