Governance Competence in the Implementation of Independent Mosques in Medan Selayang District
The importance of competence in mosque management with management units carrying out management in terms of aspects of idarah, imarah and riayah, this is able to maintain optimal performance, to create an independent mosque. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the competency dimensions of knowledge, skills and attitudes of mosque managers on the implementation of Independent Mosques in Medan Selayang District, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative descriptive and verification carried out through data collection in the field. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method. Questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the hyopthesis test, t test, f test and determination test. Research result Simultaneous and partial testing found an influence on knowledge, skills and attitudes towards the implementation of the Mandiri mosque in Medan Selayang District.

This research aims to test the influence of macroeconomic factors namely Inflation level, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia and rupiah exchange rate (USD / IDR) on the Business Stock Price Index-27 simultaneously and partially. The research method used is quantitative method. Research data collection is done by taking data related to macroeconomics from online data search. This study uses secondary data obtained from the official website online in the form of summaries of reports per month. The population in this study is a time series data for 60 months with a time period of January 2016 - December 2020. In this study used saturated sample techniques. So obtained data that amounted to 60 samples of research data. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analsis from simultaneous testing, it is known that variable Inflation (X1), Bank Indonesia Interest Rate (X2), and Rupiah Exchange Rate (USD/ IDR) (X3) have a significant effect on the Business Stock Price Index-27. Partially Inflation has a positive and significant effect, Bank Indonesia Interest Rate has a negative and significant effect, the Rupiah Exchange Rate has no effect on the Business Stock Price Index-27.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Siliwangi Tasikmalaya. The research method used is descriptive and associative method. The research population is the employees of PT. BPR Siliwangi Tasikmalaya with 51 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 51 employees and used a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously and partially, leadership and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Overall, leadership and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Matra Adhiraya Nusantara West Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques in this research include distributing questionnaires to all employees and the data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing ( t) and simultaneous (F). The results of the research show that leadership style and work discipline influence employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 2.020 + 0.618 X1 + 0.339 > t table or 7.239>1.993 then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Partially, Work Discipline influences employee performance with the results of the t test > t table or 4.098> 1.993, so Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the calculated f value is > f table or 166.099 > 3.120, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the research results show that Leadership Style and Work Discipline influence employee performance at PT Matra Adhiraya Nusantara, West Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of e-performance and work discipline on employee work productivity at Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to hospital emergency room employees. Bhayangkara Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F-Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it was known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) had a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable was declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable was declared reliable because it had an Aplha Cronbach's value of > 0.60. Then in the t-test, it was known that the variables of e-performance (X1) and work discipline (X2) had a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that these two variables partially had a significant effect on employee work productivity. Then in Test F, it was shown that the results of the significance value were 0.000 < 0.05 which showed that the application of e-performance and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on the work productivity of employees at Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital.

This research aims to determine the influence between product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT customers. Free Time Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. Then in the t test it is known that the variables product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that product quality and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, work discipline, and burnout on employee performance at the Kilisuci Regional General Hospital in Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Kilisuci Regional General Hospital in Kediri City and analyzed using the SPSS Version 25 application. This research is motivated by service problems for Healthy Indonesia Card users in Depok City. Service quality problems are thought to be caused by ineffective leadership and low employee motivation. This research only focused on the variables of leadership, work motivation and service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on service quality for Healthy Indonesia Card users in Depok City, either partially or collectively. The sampling technique in this study was proportional stratified random sampling with a total sample of 286 respondents. This research method is a quantitative method with regression analysis. Data collection techniques using documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Research data collection tool is a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that leadership and work motivation are proven positive and significant to service quality partially or collectively.

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, conflict and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 Sekar Ayu Kediri employees and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity , Linearity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach Alpha value is > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question are declared reliable. In the t test it is known that all items have a positive value and <0.05 so that all items (Communication, Conflict, Work Discipline) have a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the F test it is known that the value of Sig. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 so that all items are declared to have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The final test, namely the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test, shows a result of 95.2%, which means that the variables of communication, conflict and work discipline can really influence employee performance and with this result it can be said that this research is successful because it has an Rsquare value > 50%.

Background – The progress in the economic sector so far has brought many rapid developments in the trading business sector and brought about major changes in the Indonesian retail market. Objective – This study aims to test the effect of store atmosphere, service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency. Design / Methodology / Approach – The research method used is quantitative research methods, the types and sources of data used are primary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. Findings – Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who visited Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency. Research Implication – The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Store Atmosphere (X1) obtained t count of (4.306), while t table was (1.984) at a significant level of 5%, thus the results of statistical calculations show that partially the Store Atmophere (X1) variable is proven to have a significant effect on Matahari Department Store Customer Satisfaction. Gresik Regency Plaza. Service Quality (X2) obtained t count of (1.878), while t table was (1.984) at a significant level of 5%. Thus the results of statistical calculations show that service quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Plaza Gresik Regency. Brand Image (X3) obtained t count of (1.997), while t table of (1.984) at a significant level of 5%. Thus the results of statistical calculations show that the Brand Image affects the Customer Satisfaction of Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency. Limitations – cannot make direct observation because it is hampered by covid 19

The purpose of this study is to investigate the linkages between the implementation of knowledge management and service innovation capability on the business success of the creative UMKM in Ambon City. This type of research is an explanatory study, the analytical approach in research is quantitative research, and the model of this research is survey research. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual creative UMKM entrepreneur in Ambon City. Time horizon of one stage research (cross sectional), data collection using survey methods using questionnaire instruments. Determination of the sample using the probability sampling method, the sample selection in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample size analyzed was 53 respondents. Data analysis techniques used inferential statistical analysis (multiple regression). The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that knowledge management and service-based innovation have a positive effect on the success of creative MSME businesses in Ambon City. This research is motivated by the function of communication in a mosque management which is very important in managing mosque management. In the management of the mosque, of course, there are problems that arise both within the administrators and the relationship between the congregation and the mosque's management. Given the importance of administrator communication in mosque management to achieve mosque prosperity because administrators must be able to manage mosques. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mosque management communicates in the management of the mosque in the mosque. This study used a qualitative research method by collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation on the management of the Baburahmah mosque. The data collection technique that the authors did was interview, observation and documentation with the management of the Baburahmah mosque and the congregation of the Baburahmah Jorong Tiakar mosque. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in mosque management there are two types of management, namely Idarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) and Idarah Bina Ar-Ruhi (function of the mosque). In the communication of mosque administrators for the management of the Baburah Jorong Tiakar mosque, the function of communication here is very important in carrying out the management of the Baburahmah mosque. From Iarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) there are three discussions, namely the communication of mosque administrators in creating a large and beautiful mosque, the communication of mosque administrators in creating a clean and healthy mosque and the communication of mosque administrators in secretarial management and administration. From Idah Bina Ar-Ruhi (Functions of the Mosque) there are 2 points, namely: the communication of the mosque management in carrying out the function of the mosque as a place of worship and communicating the mosque as a center for religious education.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Capital Intensity, Fiscal Loss Compensation, Family Control, Family Management on Tax Avoidance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, while data collection is taken from the Annual Report in this study using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The sample used in this study were 23 basic and chemical manufacturing industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2020. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research analysis that Leverage has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Capital Intensity has a negative effect on Tax Avoidance, Fiscal Loss Compensation has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Family Control cannot be analyzed because it has no data variance, and Family Management has no effect on Tax Avoidance.

The purpose of this study is to know how much the influence of organizational culture and work environment against employee performance in the Investment Service and the integral licensing of one-namas district of Nias. This research uses an associative quantitative research and data analysis method used is a multiple linear regeneration analysis. The number of populations in this study were 23 employees. Sampling techniques in this study use saturated samples with the number of samples by 23 employees. This type of data of this research is the type of primary data that is the data obtained directly from the respondent. The data source of this research is employee. By using a questionnaire. Data collection using questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the organization's culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the organization's cultural variable (X1) is obtained value of Thengung (3,567)> ttable (1,725) and significant level of 0.133> 0.05. Furthermore, for the environmental variables (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where Valcah Talital 3.962> Ttabel (1.725) and significant level of 0.064> 0.05 which means that partially the environmental variables (X2) influenced significantly inadequate performance (Y) performance variables. The result of the simultaneous test (F test), indicating that the value of FHITUN (3,494)> Ftabel (4.35) and significant level of 0.050> 0.05, it can be stated that the organization's cultural variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) simultaneously influence positive and significantly to the performance of employee performance (Y). For the determination coefficient (R2) of (25.9), so it can be interpreted that the motivation and the work environment are only able to explain the employee performance variable of 74.1% while the rest are not described in this study influenced by the work motivation variables and work disparin.

Employee performance is certainly considered crucial for a company because employee performance is a key determinant of a company's success. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, communication, and workload on employee performance. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. Quantitative methods are research methodologies that rely on positivism (concrete data), specifically numerical data that will be measured using statistics as a calculation tool. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Negara Branch. A questionnaire was distributed to 39 respondents. This study employed a saturated sampling method to determine the sample. The data analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, f-tests, and t-tests using SPSS version 22. The results of this study demonstrate that Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Communication variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. The Workload variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Based on the results of the F-test analysis, it is shown that the variables Work Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Workload (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pegadaian Negara Branch. Recommendations for PT Pegadaian Negara Branch include increasing employee motivation through reward programs and career development, improving internal communication by conducting effective communication training and opening feedback channels, and managing workload more optimally by adjusting task distribution and providing adequate resources.
