Abstract

The binding of [ 3H]dexamethasone and the in vitro effects of steroid on [ 3H]uridine incorporation were determined in cell subpopulations from murine spleen separated by nylon filtration or bovine serum albumin gradient centrifugation. The results showed that the number of glucocorticoid receptors was lower in the T-cell-enriched fractions compared with the fractions depleted in T cells. This difference was not associated with a change in in vitro steroid effects.
