Abstract

The article presents a modern approach to the technology of backfill, taking into account the sustainable development of mining. Aspects of technical and economic efficiency and environmental safety of mining operations are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using the technology with the backfilling of the mined-out space are given. The article describes the study of the possibility of using local natural materials or man-made waste to create composite materials. The impact of mining on the environment is considered and a way to reduce it is proposed. The use of man-made waste in the creation of composite materials is proposed, which reduces the environmental load and leads to sustainable development. An algorithm for multi-criteria calculation of sustainable development is proposed.
