Abstract
In given an article are described the climate, stratigraphy, lithology, geomorphology, hydrography and other main factors which influence of geoecological conditions of the investigated territory. And also the role of Caspian Sea and the river of the Kura have been allowed During conducting of research works the Shirvan Park has been learnt. On this square the regime of groundwater, including aeration zones has been learnt. The areal of pollution, salinizations, swamping, exogenic and other processes have been revealed. By results of geoecological research the dividing into districts of southeast Shirvan plain was carried out.
