Abstract
Background: Surgical management of stage IV gastric cancer patients for peritoneal metastasis has always been considered a palliative treatment. The aim of this study is to identify patients with macroscopical peritoneal involvement that, also with support of multidisciplinary approach including chemotherapy and HIPEC, could benefits from an intensive surgical treatment with curative intention
