Abstract
The behavior of a longitudinal autosoliton in p-InSb in transverse and longitudinal magnetic fields has been studied. It is shown that the motion of a current filament in the samples that occurs in a transverse magnetic field is absent under the effect of a longitudinal magnetic field. The conclusion is suggested that the emerging Ettingshausen galvanomagnetic effect in a longitudinal autosoliton in a transverse magnetic field is completely blocked by a diamagnetic effect emerging in the autosoliton during θ-pinch.
