Abstract
Scaling analysis and analytical studies are carried out in order to determine the axial concentration profile in the crystals for different techniques of growth: Vertical Bridgman Technique with magnetic field, Vertical Bridgman Technique with feeding, Double Crucible Czochralski and Vertical Bridgman with baffle. The purpose is to estimate the necessary conditions to decrease the axial chemical segregation and to improve the quality of the crystals.
