Abstract
Introduction: Anti-Ku antibodies (Abs) are sometimes reported in association with inflammatory myopathies (IM). We studied clinical, biological and histological features of 28 anti-Ku + patients. Patients and methods: Retrospective monocentric study between 1998 and 2008 of anti-Ku + patients confirmed by Immunoblot (D-Tek®, Mons, Belgium). Results: 20600 ANA positive sera were analyzed over 10 years. Anti-Ku Abs were found in 32 patients; complete data were obtained for 28: 24 female and 4 men, mean age 49 years (20–73).
