Abstract
The paper summarizes the ideas, letters of intent and proposals that have been put forward for the continuation of a vigorous CERN program in the field of neutrino physics. This program is focused on the problem of neutrino mass and mixing. Several options are under study to attack this problem. Short, long and intermediate baseline searches for neutrino oscillations are all being investigated.
