Abstract
Wireless generations are standardized by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and occur approximately every ten (10) years. While the research work on the optimization of the 5G system is being developed in research laboratories, the studies of the concept of the future mobile generation 6G have begun. The 6G, whose beginnings are expected within ten (10) years, it would solve several problems such as the coverage of white or underserved areas. One of the candidate frequency ranges for 6G, THz should provide a very strong transmission of information (data rates) for future radio communication systems, especially for the communication system of Internet of Things (IoT). This paper aims to address the concept and the necessary components of wireless communications for the future 6G. The paper also presents the three (3) fundamental aspects which are Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mobile Ultra High Speed, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The THz band is the ideal candidate for broadband satellite radio communications and also for IoT. Current approaches, operating processes, and key challenges will be developed in this paper, as well as solutions. This paper shows what 6G technology could look like.
