Abstract
A residue may have a multiple secondary structure status. It may be defined as being part of a-helix, @-sheets and tums simultaneiously. However, in this work by using a computer program, our system tried to define the way to provide an information of a multiple secondary structure by using a statistical methods. Testing the information values in process with GOR method and given 58% for four states including multiple secondary structure Mul and 53% for Mul.
