Abstract
In article number 2100217, Jie Li, Ye Zou, Deyang Ji, Liqiang Li, and co-workers report the functionalization of polyimide dielectrics with orderly self-assembly monolayer, which promotes ordered growth of the semiconductor for enhancing the device performance by an order of magnitude. Furthermore, organic logic circuits are manufactured using modified polyimide as insulating layers.
