Abstract
Double row transosseous arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR) techniques are thought to theoretically provide an improved repair by providing increased contact area and pressure of the repaired tendinous cuff to the native footprint while also increasing repair strength. This study aims to compare the double row fixation to single row fixation of simple over horizontal configuration (the arthroscopic Mason-Allen equivalent).
