Digital technology is currently developing very rapidly, many new innovations have emerged in the field of technology ranging from hardware to software and even other supporting devices. Digital technology has also developed, supported by the increasing use of the internet and gadgets, from the financial service operating system, which has now undergone changes. Many financial service operating systems based on digital technology have emerged that can assist the activities and needs of the community. This study aims to determine how much influence the ease of use (Ease of Use), and risk on the Investree Application on the decisions of students who transact in using Financial Technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer Lending Syariah simultaneously. The research uses quantitative research methods, for the quantitative method is multiple test with a sample of 77 respondents. Questionnaire data collection was carried out as a data collection technique, for data processing assisted by using SPSS version 26 analysis tool. The results of the study based on the data obtained showed that the results of the Ease of Use variable had a significance value of tcount of 5.702 > ttable = 1.9917 or sig = 0.000 < = 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted so that there is an influence of the ease of use of the Investree application on the decision to transact using Financial Technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer Lending Syariah, so it has a positive effect. The risk variable from the t test results with an alpha value of 0.05 then HO is accepted and Ha is rejected, because t = 1.696 < t-table = 1.9917 or sig = 0.094 > = 0.05 then there is no effect of risk on transaction decisions using Peer to Peer Lending Syariah, therefore it can ensure that the risky variable is negative and significant to the decision to transact using Financial Technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer Lending Syariah. The R² value has a value of 0.642, so it can be stated that the ease of use and risk in the Investree application affect the decision to transact using Sharia peer to peer lending financial technology (Fintech) together by 41.2%.

The aim of this study is to investigate the key factors influencing the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccines and develop a model based on the theory of reasoned action, belief in conspiracy theory, awareness, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. The authors created and distributed a self-administered online questionnaire using Google Forms. Data were collected from 351 respondents ranging in age from 19 to 30 years, studying at the graduate and postgraduate levels at various public universities in Bangladesh. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that belief in conspiracy theory undermines COVID-19 vaccine acceptance, thereby negatively impacting the individual attitudes, subjective norms, and acceptance. Individual awareness, on the other hand, has a strong positive influence on the COVID-19 vaccine acceptance. Furthermore, the perceived usefulness of vaccination and the perceived ease of obtaining the vaccine positively impact attitude and the acceptance of immunization. Individuals’ positive attitudes toward immunization and constructive subjective norms have a positive impact on vaccine acceptance. This study contributes to the literature by combining the theory of reasoned action with conspiracy theory, awareness, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use to understand vaccine acceptance behavior. Authorities should focus on campaigns that could reduce misinformation and conspiracy surrounding COVID-19 vaccination. The perceived usefulness of vaccination to prevent pandemics and continue normal education will lead to vaccination success. Furthermore, the ease with which people can obtain the vaccine and that it is free of cost will encourage students to get vaccinated to protect themselves, their families, and society.

Purpose: This study aims to critically analyze research methods and explore the misperceptions surrounding statistical analysis. The importance of methodology cannot be overemphasized in any research. It is the heart of a study, enhances the reproducibility of a study, and is the bedrock on which the research findings can be generalizable. Methodology: The literature review form method was used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methods, including their differences and applications. Findings: Research designs, including case studies, grounded theory, ethnographies, phenomenologies, and narratives, are used in the qualitative method to comprehend relationships and behaviors. Because the quantitative research method is rooted in scientific discovery, it has become the standard in the research community. Different viewpoints exist about the required sample size, the statistical model employed for data evaluation, and the nature of the data. For this study, statistical misperceptions are categorized under descriptive statistics, design techniques, inferential statistics, and regression. A thorough explanation of statistical misperceptions under these three categories is believed to be sufficient to cover fundamental areas of statistical analysis. Certain conceptual and statistical presumptions must be satisfied for any statistical approach's findings to be considered plausible. Having a sound knowledge of fundamental areas for statistical data analysis will enhance a more plausible result in research. Originality/value: The quantitative research method entails more rigorous statistical tests than the qualitative research method. Using both research methods is referred to as a mixed research method. The biases in qualitative and quantitative methods can be surmounted by using mixed methods.

Technological advances increase the emergence of online buying and selling applications or e-commerce. The increase in the number of online buying and selling applications is accompanied by an increase in payment features that are increasingly easy adn practical. One of them that is quite widely used is Shopee Pay Later. This study examines the effect of financial literacy, Ease Of Use, and benefits of using Shopee Paylater. This research method uses Quantitative methods. The location of this research is in Malang City. The sample of this research is 80 samples. The data used is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The variables used are Financial Literacy (X1), Ease Of Use (X2), Benefits (X3), and Shopee Paylater (Y). The test tool used is the SmartPLS 3.0 application. This study found that Financial Literacy (X1) has a significant effect on the use of Shopee Pay later in a negative direction. So the higher the level of individual financial literacy, the lower the use of Shopee Paylater. The Ease Of Use variable (X2) has a significant effect in a positive direction. Benefit Variable (X3) has a significant effect in a positive direction. Then the higher the level of Ease Of Use and benefits of shopee pay later, the more users will also increase. The use of Shopee Paylater by individuals with high financial literacy will tend to be low because there will be much information taken into consideration in their financial decisions, such as interest and loan risk. Meanwhile, the Ease Of Use and benefits variables will lead to high use of Shopee Paylater regardless of the level of individual financial literacy. Because basically, humans will use technology if it provides Ease Of Use and benefits. So financial literacy is very important to consider in making financial decisions.

Various initiatives have been launched to encourage sociology students studying in the UK to engage more with quantitative research methods (for example: Dale et al., 2008; Adney and Carey, 2009; Falkingham et al., 2009), however, their success has been limited. Embedding quantitative methods in substantive sociology curricula has been suggested as one way to reduce students’ anxieties about learning quantitative research methods (Williams et al., 2015). This approach has been employed at Cardiff University’s School of Social Sciences, where quantitative skills have been strategically incorporated into various aspects of a first year undergraduate substantive module. This paper will reflect on the experience of teaching on this module. The paper will conclude that while the introduction of quantitative content into substantive modules indicates support for change, embedding alone cannot be viewed as a single solution to encouraging to students’ to learn about or utilise quantitative research methods. Two possible reasons for this will be suggested. Firstly, it will be argued that the majority of students no longer pursue sociology at degree level in order to gain the skills to become a competent social researcher, but rather see sociology as a discipline that will equip them with transferable and desirable skills for many occupations. Consequently, engagement with quantitative research methods is not essential to students’ strategic approach to learning as it was for previous generations who wished to understand how to study their social world. Secondly, it will be suggested that the deficit of quantitative methods in mainstream British sociology journals and the methodological preferences of practicing sociologists leads to speculation over the available staff who are capable of delivering an integrated curriculum with quantitative methods embedded in substantive modules.
