Abstract
El estudio realizado es fruto de una investigación sobre la religiosidad judai-zante en la ciudad de Lima en la primera mitad del siglo XVII a partir del
 análisis de discurso de textos inquisitoriales de la época. En este sentido, setrata de una aproximación al fenómeno religioso judaizante en la Américahispánica, partiendo de sus antecedentes en el judaísmo de la PenínsulaIbérica hasta llegar a la persecución inquisitorial por el delito de judaizar enla Lima virreinal.
