Abstract

We report measurements of the differential cross sections of ${\ensuremath{\rho}}^{0}$- and $\ensuremath{\phi}$-meson photo-production on hydrogen for a range of the square of the four-momentum transfer $t$ from -0.2 to -0.9 ${(\mathrm{G}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{V}/\mathit{c})}^{2}$ and a range of incident photon energies from 6.5 to 17.8 GeV. We find that differential cross sections obtained for ${\ensuremath{\rho}}^{0}$ production are in good agreement with the vector-dominance model.
