Abstract
The article is devoted to defining directions of formation of managerial decisions to increase the level of innovative potential of industrial energy enterprises taking into account influence of structural transformations. The article determines that under current conditions of functioning, the imperfection of structural transformations influences the fluctuations of the innovation potential of industrial energy enterprises, which, as a rule, is a developmental disease: a lag of the management system and other internal mechanisms from new scales of activity, the inability to timely and comprehensively introduce necessary innovative changes, unprofessional management and more. It has been demonstrated that improving the formation of managerial decisions aimed at increasing the level of innovative potential, taking into account the influence of structural transformations, is one of the key ways to stabilize the economic sphere of industrial energy enterprises as a whole, which is a qualitative sequence of actions and conditions to achieve goals. The stages of the process of forming managerial decisions are identified, namely: analysis of the environment and the state of innovative potential of enterprises, the formation of development goals, the formation of criteria for achieving goals, formulating tasks, identifying and allocating available resources for development, identifying risk factors and force majeure and taking measures to neutralize them. Along with productive directions of increasing the level of innovative potential of industrial energy enterprises, taking into account structural transformations, it is proposed to attract internal reserves of achievement through more comprehensive use of production capacities, improving the quality and competitiveness of products, reducing costs, making appropriate use of material and labor, financial and economic resources, and reducing unproductive costs and losses, the introduction of resource-saving technologies.
